05 Certificate and follow-up process

After a successful assessment, we issue your certificate. Throughout its validity period, we support you with guidance for continuous improvement.

Self-Assessment

Suitable for organizations that want to systematically capture their maturity level for the first time. Includes a structured questionnaire, an internal evaluation, and an overview of strengths as well as areas for improvement. The process is completed entirely via the platform, without external auditing.

Standard

External Audit

Includes the self-assessment plus an on-site audit by a certified auditor. The platform supports the entire process: scheduling, document approval, protocol management, and the final report generation. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate valid for two years.

Premium

Excellence Audit

The most comprehensive procedure for organizations with advanced quality management. In addition to the external audit, you will receive detailed benchmarking against industry metrics, a prioritized action plan, and a follow-up audit after twelve months. Ideal for companies looking to continuously develop their processes.
